Eye Selection for Heritage Meat Birds/Chickens

Masters Class – Lesson 8 – Confirmation of Body & Selection of Brood Fowl video, mentions the selection of eyes….makes sense to me.

Is this the proper selection for all birds including heritage meat chickens?  It doesn’t seem too common.  I see the value in that they can see aerial predators easier with less head movement, than if the eyes are sunken slightly or have a brow bone above the eye blocking upward vision.
